Ingredients:
1?3 cup chopped siling labuyo
¼ cup minced garlic
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic in oil until tender and slightly browned.
2. Add in chopped sili and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes under low heat.
