1 tbsp oil
3/4 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
10 pcs calamansi
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc red onion, sliced in rings
1 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tbsps water
1 pack Alaska Creamy Beef Evap
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Marinate beef in 1/4 cup of soy sauce, pepper and juice of 10 calamansi. Set aside for an hour.
In a skillet, lightly fry the beef. Remove beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté half of the onion and garlic in oil, using medium heat. Return the beef and add 1 cup of water. Once boiling, lower the heat. Simmer until tender.
Add in the remainder of the marinade and finish off with the Alaska Creamy Beef Evap. Lower the heat more and add in the cornstarch slurry. Simmer until thick. Turn off heat. Season with salt and pepper, or according to desired taste. Top with remaining onion before you serve.

Note

More calamansi can be added, depending on your desired taste.
