2 small baguettes/Kaiser rolls
1 tbsp beef (ribeye or sirloin), sliced sukiyaki style
300-400 g soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp large green bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 large white onion, sliced thinly
1 vegetable oil
4 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese
1 cup pinch cornstarch

Procedure

Marinate the beef in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper for at least 20 mins.
To make cheese sauce, toss cheese and cornstarch in a small nonstick saucepan to combine.
Add the Alaska Evap Milk and cook over medium low heat. Stir continuously (preferably with a wire whisk).
Once cheese is completely melted, set aside and keep covered.
In a nonstick pan, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onions over medium heat until veggies are slightly tender yet still crisp. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer veggies to a different plate and set aside.
Bring out the beef and fry in the same pan over medium high heat.
Once beef is nicely browned, take it off of the heat.
Butter the buns and toast on the same pan.
Assemble your sandwich by adding the meat and veggie fillings into the buns. Drizzle generously with the cheese sauce
