1 kg chicken leg, wing and thigh parts
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 head crushed garlic
1 tsp whole peppercorn
1/2 to 1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup water
2 pcs bay leaves
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream

Procedure

Marinate chicken legs and thighs in vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic and peppercorn for 30 minutes. Strain and reserve marinade.
Heat oil and brown chicken pieces until even on all sides. Then, add in reserved marinade, water and bay leaves. Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer and cook until chicken pieces are tender and cooked through.
Now, add reserved marinade, water and bay leaves.
Add in Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream. Stir to combine then remove from heat and serve at once.
