Red Velvet Churros with Cream Cheese Dip

This Alaska heart-shaped churros is perfect for Valentine’s Day! The combination of sweet, silky, and creamy dip made with Alaska Condensed Filled Milk and the crunchy churros made with Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk makes all the difference to make this day extra special and lovable!

Procedure

For the Churros:
In a pot, combine Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk, water, sugar, butter and food coloring. Bring to a boil. Add in the flour and cocoa powder and stir vigorously. Once a dough forms, turn off the heat. Add in the eggs one at a time and mix well with an electric mixer. Once combined, transfer dough to a piping bag with a russian tip. In baking paper, pipe the dough in heart shapes. Dough should make 10 medium sized hearts. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat the oil to 375ºF. Once oil is hot, slowly and carefully drop in the churros dough. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and drain with paper towels.
For the Cream Cheese Dip:
In a microwaveable container, heat cream cheese for 2 minutes under medium heat. Add-in the Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk. Mix well to combine and remove the lumps. Loosen the dip with Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk. Mix well. Serve with freshly fried churros.
