Strawberry Mango Trifle

With every layer, this snack becomes yummier – Alaska Créma Strawberry Mango Trifle! Layers of fluffy mamon and fresh fruits topped with cream and cheese, then served chilled. Yummy!

6-8 pcs store-bought butter mamon, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups ripe mango, cut into chunks
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream, chilled overnight
Extra mango and strawberry cubes for garnish

Procedure

In a bowl, mix together mango and strawberry chunks with 1/4 cup white sugar. Set aside and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to extract juices.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining ¼ cup sugar until smooth and fluffy. Set aside then whip chilled Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream until thick and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
To assemble: Put a layer of mamon chunks to cover the bottom of your serving glass. Top with 2 tablespoons of the fruit mixture, making sure to include the juices to soak into the cake.
Top with a layer of the cream mixture then repeat layers one more time, ending with cream. Top with mango and strawberry cubes before serving.
